Chef Vikki Lawyer Bowen opened Bowties 2 Blue Jeans Catering Company in the winter of 2006.  We pride ourselves in the tasty food prepared in our all scratch, small batch kitchen.  From lasagna made from fresh pasta to the salad dressings finished with fresh herbs.  Vikki takes her time with making food that not only tastes great, but knowing that people eat with their eyes first.  Looks good, tastes great... Trained at The Culinary Academy of Austin under the tutelage of Executive Chef Will Packwood, Vikki learned so much about the techniques of making fine food.

Vikki has been in the Austin area for 42 years and has developed business relationships of all kinds.  She can refer you the best in florists to wine experts, making your party the talk of the town...just let us know what you need.

When it comes to catering the perfect party, we will do as much or as little as you want.  We can provide staff to set-up, serve and clean up or just "drop & go".  Vikki does the majority of the menu planning, shopping for the finest ingredients, locating the perfect party supplies, cooking & event set up.
