Most parties should consider 8 to 12 pieces per person; depending on the time of day & type of event. This can be a combination of savory & sweet. Bowties 2 Blue Jeans can do drop & go style of catering or full service. All of our hot or warm hors d' Oeuvres are cooked on location to assure their perfection. If needed, we have portable ovens, fryers & griddles. We will need permission from your venue for some of these types of cooking. We charge $30/hour for each our staff (cooks, service, & TABC certified bartenders).
Chef Vikki charges $35/hour during service.
