Chicken Marbella $17/per person
This recipe came from one of my best friends and we have been serving it for years. Never had someone try this dish and say anything but YUM!!! We use a "French" chicken breast, marinated in green olives, prunes & herbs for 2 days, then baked in white wine & brown sugar. Served with herbed butter noodles, braised matchstick carrots in Shiner Bock topped with fresh dill, mixed green salad with choice of dressing, & dinner rolls.
Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken Style Bar -B- Que Sandwich

Braised turkey thighs with fresh parsley & rosemary gremolata, served over sage-butter fettuccine, tossed green salad with herb goat cheese ranch and black olive- sweet onion Focaccia. For those of you that love Osso Bucco, this has the same wonderful flavor.

Breaded chicken breast filled with herb & garlic compound butter then fried. Served with creamy potatoes gratin, braised carrots & fresh thyme, mixed green salad with herb goat cheese ranch and wheat dinner rolls & butter. I have been serving this dish for nearly 40 years. When you cut into the center and out comes the butter....yum!!!

Bowties 2 Blue Jeans is strictly a catering company. Each order gets our personal attention. We purchase food for each occasion. Therefore 72 hours advanced notice is required for our hot lunch menu.
Minimum of 24 persons per entrée order. All of our food is made from scratch which makes all the difference in the flavor!
Bowties 2 Blue Jeans can provide full service for your lunch event. We charge $30/hour per server necessary. Drop & go service is also available, however we charge 8% for the disposables necessary to set up your hot lunch. Either service includes disposable plates, cutlery, & napkins. Call us for a price quote.
