Hey Vikki...What's going on with our breakfast? Our new girl (she's a doll--waaaay better than Courtney who was here) came and asked for your name/info so I guess our CEO sent her to me cuz I bitched so much about them not using you at Xmas AND apparently she said all she's heard is rants and raves about your food from "everyone" here (don't know who that is--our CEO and his wife were one for sure). Last she told me, you were getting back to her--haha-apparently the Xmas caterer didn't go over big cuz I heard NOTHING about them until I asked one of the girls (Janny--the little 4 ft girl who was at Gaily's party that works with me). She said the food was 'okay' but nothing compared to yours.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Many people were asking where it was from and wanted your information. I told them the name of your company and your name, but when you come back to Capital Medical Clinic for lunch on the 24th, could bring some business cards? I had to tell you, the treats that I took up to my team from Valentine’s Day were a big hit. One of our marketing managers wanted to know where the chocolate covered strawberries were from, and I told them Bowties J she said they were so fresh and yummy. I had ordered strawberries from Amy’s Ice Cream for the afternoon event (ordered them back 2 weeks before Valentine’s, and they weren’t nearly as good as yours! I was actually disappointed because I knew how good your strawberries were. Thanks again for the great food.

Vikki, Thanks again for providing us with a delicious dinner at Angel Springs Event Center last evening. Everyone seemed to enjoy the meal and our vegetarians particularly felt included in the festivities with the yummy pasta all their own. At my table, a vote reveled that both the dump cake eaters and the chocolate brownie eaters loved their desserts, and almost everyone at the table went back for seconds of pasta and the amazing "arugula & roasted grapes salad". There was scarcely a morsel left on a plate! I will certainly spread the word about Bowties2BlueJeans Catering in Sun City.
