Full Service Catering

We bring the staff for setup of breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktail appetizer buffet and/or pass hors d'oeuvres. We set dining tables with China, flatware, napkins and water goblets. The buffet is served by our staff and replenished until all guests have come through the line. Our staff busses the tables and continues to full water/tea glasses through the service. We also do final cleanup at the venue.

If cooking onsite is necessary and approved by the venue**, we will cook hot hors d'oeuvres at the venue because these are the ABSOLUTE best!

**Each venue has a set of requirements the caterer will need to follow. We work through them to assure we meet or exceed their standard.
